TRAINING CENTER PROGRAMS
The Nursing Assistant Program provides knowledge and performance skills to give basic care to patients in hospitals, nursing homes, or personal care homes. This program prepares individuals to obtain nurse aid certification in Mississippi.

This non-credit healthcare program prepares applicants to sit for the national exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Upon successful completion of the program and the exam, the graduate is eligible for employment opportunities with various healthcare agencies, i.e. nursing homes, home health providers and community clinics. As a CNA, the foundational skillsets required in healthcare disciplines like nursing or medical assisting have been effectively developed.
